Reporting to Parents
The school values effective communication between parents, whanau, caregivers and teachers. We encourage families to contact teachers if they have any concerns. An email, telephone call, letter or arranged meeting may ensure that your child’s best interests are being served (email addresses are available under the Our People heading). It is our school’s policy to report to parents in a variety of ways, these include:

It is our school’s policy to report to parents in a variety of ways, these include:
- A meet the teachers evening held early in the year.
- Written reports mid Term 2 and the end of Term 4.
- Celebration evenings to honour student achievement throughout the year (usually mid-term in Term's 2 & 3)
- School newsletters are sent home fortnightly to provide information about activities and programmes.
- Open night in term three for current Year 6 prospective parents.
- Blues Awards ceremonies
- Parent/Student/Staff interviews in Term 2 and if required earlier or later in the year.
